Once the existing contract enters its renewal period (i.e. 30 to 120 days out from expiration) VERITAS will provide Contract Benchmarking Services. This is a critical analysis of the existing pharmacy contract from two perspectives. First, VERITAS will benchmark the current financial terms. Second, VERITAS will benchmark specific services provided in the contract. The result is a comprehensive study and action plan that gives insight, tools and leverage that allow each LTCF to take the lead with their current or new pharmacy provider.
VERITAS is uniquely qualified to help each LTCF understand the institutional pharmacy marketplace and to ensure that each LTCF maximizes its relationship with their pharmacy provider.
