Once the existing contract enters its renewal period (i.e. 30 to 120 days out from expiration) VERITAS will provide Contract Benchmarking Services. This is a critical analysis of the existing pharmacy contract from two perspectives. First, VERITAS will benchmark the current financial terms. Second, VERITAS will benchmark specific services provided in the contract. The result is a comprehensive study and action plan that gives insight, tools and leverage that allow each SNF to take the lead with their current or new pharmacy provider.
